It includes blighted super restores, a standard ranging potion, antivenom, manta rays, and karambwans. This setup costs roughly 28k GP in supplies, bringing the total risk to just over 200k GP.
The recommended setup focuses on survivability. It replaces antivenom with sanfew serums, which act as both super restores and poison cures. Alongside these, you'll bring blighted restores, a divine bastion potion for a long-lasting Ranged and Defence boost, a phoenix necklace for emergency healing, Saradomin brews, and high-healing food such as marlin and halibut. Revenant Orcs melt under this setup, even without high-tier prayers like Rigour. The prayer drain from Rigour is often not worth it here, as kills are already fast and restores are limited. Most super restore drops are noted, so prayer management matters.
Thanks to the Amulet of Avarice, all drops are noted, meaning you can freely dump everything into your looting bag without micromanagement. This significantly boosts GP per hour and reduces downtime.
Escaping PKers Consistently
Despite low melee and ranged defence, this setup boasts extremely high magic defence, causing many PKers to splash entangles and freezes. Each splash creates more distance, making escapes easier.
Using obstacles and agility shortcuts-especially in the northern Revenant Orc area-allows you to gap PKers effectively. Vengeance further increases escape potential by forcing misclicks or hesitation. Many PKers will avoid attacking altogether, assuming you're an anti-PKer or not worth the effort.
A key survival rule: leave the caves once you're low on restores. Saradomin brews are only effective if you can restore stats afterwards. Banking early is always safer than pushing a trip too far.
Profit and Final Thoughts
With this setup, 10-20 minute trips regularly yield 500k-1m GP, even without rare drops. Over longer sessions, profits of 2-3m cheap Runescape gold per hour are realistic, all while risking a fraction of that amount. The occasional death is easily offset by the profit made beforehand.
This method isn't invincible-but it's one of the safest, cheapest, and most consistent ways to farm skulled Revenants in OSRS. If you want high returns without heart attacks every time a white dot appears, this setup is hard to beat.
